Terms and Conditions — Tlali.app
July 22, 2026
1. Who provides the service
Tlali.app is operated by Ellery Gómez Soto, an individual with business activity (active RFC, tax regime 612), doing business as IT Smart Business, with an address in Mexico City, Mexico. Referred to below as "Tlali" or "we."
By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
Tlali is an online household management platform. It lets you record and organize your home's information: finances, health, pets, documents, inventory, tasks, services, and assets, among other modules.
Tlali is a record-keeping and organization tool. It is not a bank, it does not move your money, and it is not a financial, tax, legal, or medical advisor. Nothing the service displays replaces professional advice.
3. Your account
To use Tlali you must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
You may invite other people into your household within the platform. You are responsible for how those people use the service and for having their consent to record their data.
4. Plans, pricing, and billing
Current plans and prices are published at tlali.casa. Prices are stated in Mexican pesos and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless you cancel first.
If you need a Mexican tax invoice, you must provide your full tax details before or at the time of payment. CFDIs are issued through our authorized certification provider.
5. Free plan
The free plan requires no credit card and runs for a limited term stated when you activate it. When that term ends, your account moves to read-only until you subscribe to a paid plan or export and delete your information.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty and no minimum term.
When you cancel, we refund the unused portion of the period you already paid for. The refund is issued to the original payment method. If a CFDI was already issued, the corresponding credit note is issued as well.
7. Price changes
We may change prices. Any change will be communicated by email at least 30 calendar days in advance and will apply from your next renewal period. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tlali for unlawful activity, not to attempt to breach the platform's security, not to access other households' data, not to resell the service without written authorization, and not to upload content that infringes third-party rights.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Your information is yours
The information you record in Tlali belongs to you. You can export it at any time from the platform.
When you close your household we automatically email you a full backup of your information, through a download link valid for 7 calendar days. If a member leaves, they receive their personal data the same way.
Your information stays recoverable for the grace period configured on your account — currently 30 calendar days — and is permanently deleted after that, except for what we are required to retain by law or tax regulation.
10. Intellectual property
The software, the Tlali brand, the characters, the illustrations, the design, and all platform materials belong to their owner and are protected by applicable law. Your subscription grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them. It transfers ownership of nothing.
11. Service availability
We work to keep Tlali continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will aim to give advance notice.
Service level commitments (SLA) apply only to enterprise plans that expressly include them.
12. Limitation of liability
Tlali is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for decisions you make based on information recorded in the platform, nor for data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
13. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 calendar days in advance. Previous versions remain available on this same page. If you continue using the service after a new version takes effect, you accept it.
14. Termination
You may end your relationship with Tlali by canceling your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if there is fraudulent use, or if we discontinue the service — in the latter case, with prior notice and any applicable prorated refund.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue.
If you are a consumer, this does not limit your right to file with Mexico's federal consumer protection agency (PROFECO).
